Whether man or woman, becoming widowed feels like stepping into an alternative reality, the widowed world, where everything around us seems familiar and yet all is irrevocably changed because our partner has died

Accepting and coming to terms with our unwillingly acquired single status takes time and in the process we’ll go through many phases of adjustment, but eventually life does begin to have purpose again and with a positive outlook there are many opportunities waiting to be explored.

Widowed World is for widowed people everywhere and also for all those who seek either privately or professionally, to offer support and encouragement to anyone going through this major life transition.
