Blog Entry: Blog. On the cusp of seasonal change from winter to spring we're getting bleak days followed by murky ones, but with the occasional bursts of sunshine to remind us that spring is on the way. So it is with early widowhood, an occasional comparatively good day and over time, as they become more frequent, we begin to shed our wintry mantle and to take on a cloak of lightness, warmth and acceptance. The dark days become shorter and life begins to open up again. The grieving process just takes time and can't be hurried any more than can the forces of nature. Jacquie Clarke
